- How do I order diplomas?
You can order diplomas via the secure online shopping cart
or via a printed order form.

- Can I pay for the diplomas using my credit card?
Yes, by using PayPal you can pay for your orders using
Master Card, VISA, American Express, or Discover cards.
Paypal also lets you use a debit account to pay.
PayPal is a
secure, FDIC backed eBay company with over 78 million accounts used in 56
different countries. PayPal allows you to pay using a credit card
or a debit account. You do not need to be a member of
PayPal to use it. For more

- Can I pay for the diplomas using a check or money order?
Yes, you can print the online order form, fill it out, and
send it to us with a check or money order. There is a
$25.00 charge for any checks that do not clear.
- Is it safe to pay using PayPal?

- How long does it take the diplomas to arrive?
We
ship orders within 24 to 48 hours of receiving both the payment
and the information that you want on the diploma. We use
first class mail for United States shipments which takes 1 to 3
days to arrive. We use Airmail Parcel Post for
international shipments which usually takes 4 to 6 days to
arrive. We can ship via priority mail for rush orders in
the United States which costs $4.50.
- How much is shipping?
Shipping on
orders of $25 or more is free! For all other orders, the shipping and handling
costs to any location in the United States and Canada is $2.50 regardless of how many
diplomas you order. Shipping cost to Europe and Australia is
$4.50.
Email us for a quote on
international shipping costs to other locations. Please include your shipping
address with your order.
- What locations do you ship to?
We ship to all United States locations as well as Europe,
Australia, and Canada. We ship to other countries provided
airmail parcel post service is available.
- What kind of gift services do you offer?
If you are buying a diploma as a gift for
someone at a different address, we ship the degree directly to
the gift recipient and include a free handwritten gift card!
Just specify your gift message in the messages field when you
pay via PayPal or with your payment when mailing orders. Be
sure to include the correct shipping address. If you are using
another payment method, be sure to include the message with your
payment.
- Can I customize the university / college name, degree,
and / or signatures on the diploma?
Yes! You can
specify a different college / university name, degree
(doctorate, masters, bachelors, associates or other), and names
used on the signatures of your diploma when you order.
Signatures can be left blank so that you can sign the diploma
yourself also. Specify your customizations using our
customization form. Please
note that all orders require the name of the graduate,
the date of the graduation, and the choice of parchment or white
paper.
- Can I customize the signatures on the diploma?
Yes! Signatures can be computer printed with the names
that you supply or we can leave them blank so that you can sign
the diploma yourself! We will also hand sign the
diplomas if you wish. Specify your customizations
using our customization form.
Please note that all orders require the name of the
graduate, the date of the graduation, and the choice of
parchment or white paper.
- Can I send you my own photo to use on the diploma instead
of the art work pictured on the diploma?
Yes! For an additional $5.00, you can
have your own photo placed on your diploma. Specify your customizations
using our customization form.

- What if I am not satisfied with my order?
You'll love our satisfaction guarantee!
If your diploma is damaged during shipping or if you are not
satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of
receiving your purchase, return the diploma and we will refund
